GLC School Photos

We just spent two days photographing grades K-8 at GLC.

This repetitive style of shooting portraits really helps teach me how to make better photos of children and adults. We photographed between 120-150 kids during the two days.

Long Island Lighthouse

We spent 2 weeks visiting family and friends on Long Island, August 9th - 20th. One of our many day trips was to the end of the South folk of Long Island. Photos are Montauk lighthouse which stands at the tip of the Island.

Picture Day!

I spent 3 days, July 28-30 taking school ID and yearbook photos with Dan Kirksey, from KDKC Photography & Design. We photographed almost 500 students during those 3 days.

July 4th Photo Booth

For the first time, Dan and I decided to try doing a photo booth at the San Marcos fireworks event. Every year the City of San Marcos, California uses Bradley Park to display one of the best fireworks displays in San Diego. The event brings people from miles around and gives families and friends a chance to relax, picnic, listen to a live band and of course watch fireworks. We were one of a dozen vendors that setup before the event, which starts at 3pm and goes until 9pm. Here are just a few samples of our July 4th photo booth.

Serena & Neal's Wedding 6-14-14

Serena and Neal eloped the first time they got married. They never had the opportunity to get "officially" married in a church, so they decided to get married again at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Vista, California on June 6, 2014. They hired me to shoot their ceremony and a few pictures before the wedding. Neal and their children got ready at Serena's mother's house.  Serena used a dressing room on the church campus. Their daughter is the flower girl and two sons are ring bearers.

Bella's Senior Photos 2014

Bella graduated a couple of days ago from a local High School in San Diego, CA. Her parents wanted to have senior photos taken and chose a nearby park with great natural backgrounds for our shoot.

Rancho de Los Penasquitos Fiesta street fair

I was asked to shoot the street fair today on Black Mountain Rd. in Rancho Penasquitos. United Studios of Self Defense stole the show with exciting fun for kids of all ages. Board breaking was the highlight of the day. They also displayed their talent by putting on an incredible demonstration. Over 50 children and adults mesmerized fair goers with their karate skills.
